Crestwood Housing is a Birmingham-based supported accommodation provider dedicated to offering safe, comfortable, and well-managed homes for individuals in need of stability. We believe that secure housing is the first step toward rebuilding lives and fostering independence.
Our team provides personalised one-to-one support each week, helping residents with budgeting, benefits, wellbeing, and day-to-day guidance. Every property is fully furnished, compliant with safety standards, and maintained to the highest quality.
Working in partnership with local authorities, housing associations, and referral agencies, we ensure each placement is carefully supported and outcome-focused. At Crestwood, we do more than provide housing — we offer structure, compassion, and the foundation for a fresh start.
Referrals
Crestwood Housing welcomes referrals from local authorities, housing associations, charities, and community organisations across Birmingham and the wider West Midlands. We also accept self-referrals from individuals seeking supported accommodation and ready to engage with weekly one-to-one support.
Our referral process is straightforward and responsive. Once a referral is received, our team carries out an initial assessment to confirm suitability and support requirements. We aim to make decisions quickly to avoid unnecessary delays and ensure a smooth move-in process for the resident.
We specialise in supporting refugees, asylum seekers, and those facing homelessness or requiring low-level housing-related support. Each resident receives weekly one-to-one sessions focused on independence, wellbeing, and tenancy sustainment.
